Qualifying returns must be from domestic US orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. Shoe returns must be in original, undamaged box. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. International orders, jewelry, undergarments, marked-down styles, and any other style listed as such in the product description are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt and will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

The CUSTOMER ORDER (PO) NUMBER can be easily found in the subject and body of your Order and Shipment confirmation emails, as well as on the reverse of this slip beside Cust Po#
Once submitted and eligibility is confirmed, a shipping label will be provided via email and a flat return and restocking cost of $20 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount. We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return receipt. You will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued.
Please take care when packaging your return to best avoid any damage during transit and include order form in the return box.

Qualifying returns must be from in-store purchases of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. Shoe returns must be in the original, undamaged box. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. International orders, jewelry, undergarments, marked-down styles, and any other style listed as such in the product description are final sale and cannot be exchanged. All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt and will not be eligible for exchanges or store credit. Please note that we do not issue refunds for items purchased in store.
