ONLINE RETURN POLICY

 

Full price, unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of order receipt may be exchanged or refunded. All returns must have the original tags and original packaging. All sale items (and indicated styles) are final sale. Lauren Manoogian LLC is not responsible for return shipping or duty costs. After 7 days of order receipt, all sales are final. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer but all exchanged goods will ship back free of charge. All discounted purchases are final sale.

 

RETURNS

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Lauren Manoogian LLC holds the right to deny any refund not meeting all policy requirements. Return authorization numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. RA numbers can be issued by emailing shop@laurenmanoogian.com within 7 days of order receipt with the invoice number and a list of the items being returned. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RA number.

SHIPPING

 

Orders are processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from Brooklyn, NY. Product availability is not guaranteed. All order discrepancies will be referenced via e-mail. All buyers will receive a shipment confirmation email, tracking number and order receipt. A signature is required unless otherwise noted. All international buyers will be responsible for and charged a customs duty based on their residing country. International orders will be shipped via international checkout. All international orders are final sale.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Lauren Manoogian. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
